Tip Tuesday: honey, sugar lip scrub

I’m a huge fan of lipstick, lip gloss, and liquid lipsticks but I sure hate the way sometimes the products dry out my lips. I have this annoying habit of picking my lips. I know before you say it.
Anyway, my lips have been especially chapped lately so I needed more than Chapstick or some Vaseline.
I’ve pulled out the big guns — a lip scrub. I’ve used several over the years and have played around with different do-it-yourself combinations for years. The best part is you can make a lip scrub with items from your own kitchen.

Here is a favorite using honey, olive oil, sugar and Aquaphor. This is a scrub that will last at least 2 weeks. Honey, Aquaphor and olive oil are great moisturizers while sugar removes dead skin from the lips.

Just four ingredients for a lip scrub — sugar, olive oil, honey and Aquaphor. https://thehousethatwalkerbuilt.wordpress.com/
